1. In case if the jury thinks that there is no design to deserve the title of being the best one, it has the right to skip any category. What is more, the jury members have the right to increase or decrease the number of the honorable mention awards.
2. The contestants applying for this competition accept automatically the competition specifications and the jury decision.
3. The results shall be announced through an immediate press release just the day after the awards ceremony.
4. All faculties and contestants are to receive individual certificates for having participated in the competition.
