2. The contestant is to subscribe to the system before beginning with the application procedures. During the registration process, the contestant shall receive a username and password, which cannot be changed during the periods of application and competition.
3. The usernames can have 20 characters at maximum and the characters of the passwords can vary between 6 and 8.
4. During the first stage the contestants are expected to fill in the Identity Information Form without missing a part.
5. During the second stage the contestants are to deliver a promoting report for their designs to the Competition secretariat. However, the delivery process shall be carried out on an online basis.
6. During the third stage the contestants are expected to prepare sketches about the details of their projects and they shall deliver them to the Competition Secretariat on an online basis.
7. The contestants shall upload prototype views during the third stage of their online application. (The prototype model preparation process shall continue until April 11th, 2010, which is the beginning date of the Exhibition and Evaluation period. However, if you think that your views of your prototype model are sufficient enough to provide detailed information about your Project, you can upload them during the online application phase).
8. The Online secretariat shall direct the contestants during the application process. The documents that are delivered online by the contestants are to be evaluated by the Competition Secretariat. The missing parts shall be announced on the profile of the involved contestants.
9. The confirmed applications are to be announced by the competition secretariat and the announcements are to take place on the contestant profiles and on the organization website.
10. Information about the contestants, who completed the first two stages successfully, shall be published on our official website.
